We're famous for our hams but you'll also love our smoked turkeys. This traditional favorite is as American as apple pie is at family get-togethers. Like our hams, only the finest turkeys become Hamlet turkeys.

Turkey Serving Instructions

Warming Like our hams, our whole turkeys are fully cooked, making preparations as simple as possible. We recommend serving your turkey cold. If you prefer to heat your turkey, place it fully defrosted in an open roasting pan. Set oven to 325 degrees & warm turkey for about an hour. Turkey breasts will only take 25-30 mins. More time may be needed for whole smoked turkeys. Be careful not to overheat as it will dry out the meat.

Turkey Breasts Glaze Instructions

Directions: Mix ½ cup water or ¾ cup of your favorite juice (orange, pineapple or apple). Heat until smooth approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, brush or pour glaze over turkey breast. Return to oven about 10 minutes if desired.

Starting with the most plump and tender birds, then adding special seasonings and slow smoked to a golden perfection. Each turkey is specially wrapped to seal in the flavor until you're ready to serve.

These huge and tender breasts are cooked to perfection, spiral cut for easy serving and frozen for freshness.  They come with our honey and spice glazing packet to create the perfect crunchy crust. Leftovers are as good as the main course!
