Selecting the size of your ham is important because you don't want to leave anyone out when it's dinner time. Center Cuts

Center cuts are the very center on the whole ham. All meat and a very little bone from where we split the hams. They are still spiral sliced and glazed. Great for a small group of people, or sandwiches or to add to your meal

RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE SAUCE

Brighten your holiday table with a bottle of Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. This sweet smoky flavor can be used as a sauce with your ham and turkey. You can also pep up your baked sweet potatoes with a drizzle over the top.

Our favorite way to serve the sauce is as an easy appetizer. Soften a brick of cream cheese and pour Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over the top. Add your favorite crackers and you are good to go.
